Who We Are
In our therapeutic space, our work is rooted in a whole-person approach to healing. We believe lasting change happens when every part of your story is met with honesty, compassion, and the conviction that growth is possible. We won't settle for helping you simply get through another week; we want to help you experience greater freedom, healthier relationships, and a deeper sense of wholeness.
We believe that this freedom comes from asking the deeper questions:
How did I get here? Why do I keep repeating these patterns? What would real healing look like?
Whether you're overwhelmed, exhausted, carrying the weight of perfectionism, or feeling disconnected from yourself, you don't have to figure it out alone. Therapy is a place to understand what has shaped you and step into a life marked by greater clarity, resilience, and purpose.
We believe healing doesn't ask you to become someone new. It helps you become more fully the person you were created to be.

Kendra Dudasko
I'm grateful you are here. I'm Kendra, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Kansas. I graduated with my Master's in Counseling from MidAmerica Nazarene University and had an emphasis working with couples and families. During my undergrad I completed a Bachelor's in Psychology and Spanish and then went on to work in campus ministry, college residence life, and non-profit work. In all of these previous roles I have deeply desired to understand the story of those around me and accompany those placed before me. The desire to go deeper, help people discover integration of mind, body and soul, and to be more equipped to journey alongside others is what drew me to the profession of counseling. I am open to working with men and women (18+) either as individuals or couples, who are going through transitions, experiencing grief and loss, seeking support in navigating addictive behaviors, difficult relational dynamics, pre-marital counseling, anxiety, or trauma. I strive to have a strengths-based approach rooted seeing the whole person and assessing thoughts, emotions, behaviors and exploring history to deepen self and relational knowledge. This means pulling from psychodynamic, internal family systems (IFS), and with an attachment focus. I am currently under clinical supervision with Jen Sanger, LCPC. Outside of clinical work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, baking treats to share, exploring small towns, learning how to garden, or reading a good fiction book.

Dani Crispin
Hello there! I'm Dani, a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Kansas. I obtained my Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Kansas and my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from MidAmerica Nazarene University. I have a background in youth and campus ministry and a passion for guiding people to restoration from a holistic lens—incorporating the whole person in the healing process. In my previous roles, I walked alongside teens and women, helping them to discover their worth, identity, and purpose. These experiences led me to counseling, where I am privileged to support individuals through a variety of struggles, including life transitions, perfectionism, anxiety, difficult family and relationship dynamics, trauma, disordered eating, and body image concerns. I draw from a blend of therapeutic approaches, including psychodynamic, attachment-focused, cognitive-behavioral, and internal family systems. I am in clinical supervision with Connor O'Shea, LCPC. In my free time, I love leading my classic novel book club, spending time outside in sunshine, cooking for family and friends, and playing and watching sports (Rock Chalk!).
